Just made this, over Jasmine rice minus the lemon add onion i also add tumeric to both the veggies and the salmon I don't take the skin off of my salmon I just scrape off the scales and throw it in stainless steel pan and then season in the pan skin down. Lemon makes this dish too tart for me. I also start frying the garlic onions and mushroom together then steam my broccoli on top of the mushrooms.
