I have a problem with the whole premise of this show. If you want to be healthy, instead of making not-that-good "healthy" versions of unhealthy foods, how about just learn to eat the real stuff in moderation? Having a slice of actual chocolate cake every now and then as a special treat is much better than regularly eating this artificial-sweetener-loaded garbage.
I'm calling bullshit on almost every program I've seen sir far. They exaggerate the original recipes to the point they disgust me. My wife has made chocolate cake a million times and it doesn't look like this.

Some fat in your diet is good for you. Fat free products usually put something else negative in the place of fat, & aren't a better option. I'll opt for the whole milk.

LOL, I don't think so about the carbs. A couple billion people eat a bowl of white rice every day and are just fine with their health.
The main problem I'm noticing with this channel is the antipathy towards all fats, regardless of type and source. Out of all the people I have seen on this channel, only one of them got the hang of not all fats being awful. Other problems include the chef's usage of unhealthy ingredients like agave nectar (extremely high in fructose), and margarine (contain trans fats from the hydrogenated oils). Also, the yolk contains almost all of the nutrients from the egg, low-fat dairy products are less healthy than full fat because many of the vitamins in dairy products are fat soluble, and dietary cholesterol doesn't increase cholesterol levels. Eating cholesterol makes your body produce less cholesterol.
The non fat milk it just doesnt look right….I am from germany and I never ever would touch that. I love my 1,5% milk and it tasts great and it doesnt gonna kill you or makes you fat 😉

I think it's problematic to advertise that you should buy only nonfat/lowfat dairy products because those contain lots of sugar instaead most of the time. Always check the whole ingredient list!
