Try this easy to make fruity protein crumble recipe for a delicious healthy dessert that will support your training goals.

@Ellena_fit (who you may know better as @ellena_fit on Instagram) is back with another super-simple, macro-friendly recipe. Her fruity crumble has no added sugar or butter, making it the perfect light alternative to help you hit your daily protein goals. Who said healthy eating had to be boring?

Ingredients
• 50g frozen raspberries (or fruit of choice)
• ½ banana
• 30g Myprotein 100% Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
• 15g Myprotein Impact Whey Isolate (Vanilla)
• 15g coconut flour
• ½ tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. granulated sweetener
• Water
• 1 tsp. almond flakes

Method
1) First, preheat the oven to 180°C.
2) Add the frozen raspberries and chopped banana pieces to the bottom of an oven-safe dish. Sprinkle with a little granulated sweetener and set aside.
3) Next add the oats, protein powder, coconut flour, cinnamon, and granulated sugar to a bowl and mix well. Gradually add water and stir through until you get a crumble-like texture.
4) Cover the fruit base with the crumble topping, sprinkle with almond flakes, and then cook for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
5) Allow to cool for a few minutes, then dig in! Serve with low-fat custard or yoghurt if you fancy.
