Easy To Make High-Protein Molten Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe | Myprotein

Try this easy to make molten chocolate lava cake recipe now for a delicious treat that will help you hit your protein goals!

@Ellena_fit (who you may know better as @ellena_fit on Instagram) is back with another irresistible, macro-friendly bake. This chocolate lava cake recipe is super-rich with a gooey, hot centre, and provides 9g protein per serving. Delicious.

Ingredients
• 50g Myprotein High-Protein Chocolate
• 25g Myprotein 100% Coconut Oil
• 30g plain flour
• 30g Myprotein Sugar-Free Syrup
• ¼ tsp. baking powder
• 1 egg
• Organic cacao powder
• 1 tsp. Myprotein Protein Spread (Milk Chocolate)

Method
1) First, preheat the oven to 180°C.
2) Melt the chocolate in the microwave at 20-second intervals. Then stir in the melted coconut oil.
3) Next add the flour, Sugar-Free Syrup, baking powder, and egg. Stir until you have a thick, smooth batter.
4) Grease the ramekin and then sprinkle with cacao powder, turning to coat the edges of the ramekin. Then spoon in three-quarters of the batter, saving the rest for later.
5) Add the teaspoon of Protein Spread on top in the centre, then cover with the remaining batter.
6) Cook for 10-12 minutes, then enjoy!
